I. Re-shoots Authorizations.

In more than seven years of photographing, I have been asked to re-shoot only once and that was in the beginning of my service history. Your satisfaction is paramount to me and I encourage you to fully communicate with me about your experience so that I may continue to improve my services and address any concerns you may have. Due to my deep commitment to my clients, it is my opinion that it's more likely I would request a re-shoot for my own artistic standards than you would seek one due to disappointment.

 

Here are my current terms regarding re-shoots.

 

       A. Clients purchases full sessions at standard rates are entitled to a re-shoot if requested and proper documentation is filed with Photographer.

       B. Re-shoots are not guaranteed for all shoots and will only be authorized by Photographer and following completion of proper documentation from Photographer. 

       C. A client wishing to re-shoot must notify photographer by e-mail or phone within (7) days of the receipt of his/her unretouched online galleries. 

       D. Clients wishing a re-shoot must then complete and send photographer a detailed questionnaire regarding their first shoot within (7) days of the photographer's request.

       E. Full re-shoots will not be given to clients who received any sort of sale, discount, or promotional deal.

       F. Clients who book at full advertised rates are entitled to a re-shoot if they follow the method of filing for re-shoot.

       G. For discounted shoots, partial re-shoots may be authorized on a case-by-case basis.

       H. If a client requests and/or is authorized for a re-shoot, he waives any possible right to pick up shooting.

       I. Clients who purchase discounted shoots may receive no more than 60-minutes or re-shooting or pick up shooting, to be determined by the Photographer.

 

II. Hair & Makeup Artists and Re-Shoots.

 

       A. In the event that a client requests a re-shoot, hair & makeup will not be included.

       B. Clients will be responsible for purchasing hair & makeup artist services.

       C. Photographer will not be responsible for the costs of hair & makeup artist.

       D. Client is welcome to provide his/her own hair & makeup artist if he/she chooses.

 

III. Deposit Policy.

 

       A. Deposits for photography services will remain valid for (1) year from the date of deposit.

       B. Deposits are non-refundable.

       C. Deposits on a discounted or sale item may not guarantee a special rate following (60) days or the conclusion of the discount or sale offer, whichever comes first.

       D. Deposits on a discounted or sale item may be applied to a future shoot if the original shoot is unfulfilled. 

 

IV. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy.

 

       A. Clients wishing to reschedule photo shoots, coachings, or any service must do so no later than (7) days in advance of your scheduled booking or you may incur a minimum $25 rescheduling fee. This fee may be taken from your deposit or be billed to you.

       B. Clients wishing to reschedule photo shoots within (48) hours in advance of your scheduled booking or you may incur a minimum $50 rescheduling fee. This fee may be taken from your deposit or billed to you.

       C. Clients wishing to reschedule coachings, or any other service within (48) hours in advance of your scheduled booking may incur a rescheduling fee of a minimum of 1/5 the cost of your purchase.

       D. Clients wishing to reschedule any service less than (24) hours in advance from your scheduled booking may lose the full value of their purchase according to the discretion of the Owner.

       E. Clients who cancel their scheduled booking (7) days from the date of their scheduled booking may have their purchase remain valid as a non-refundable deposit that may be applied to services within one year from the date of the initial payment. 

       F. Clients, whose booked shoots will include a hair & makeup artist, wishing to reschedule, cancel, or postpone their shoot within (48) hours in advance of your scheduled booking or you may incur a minimum $25 fee towards the loss of work for the hair & makeup artist scheduled. This fee may be taken from your deposit or be billed to you.

 

V. Pick Up Shooting Policy.

 

       A. In the event of inclement weather and/or temperatures, which prevent the full-length and scope of a shoot to complete, the Photographer may authorize additional shooting at a future date and location of Photographer's choice. 

       B. Pick Up Shooting may not be included in discounted or sale shoots. 

       C. If a client requests and/or is authorized for pick up shooting, he waives any possible right to a re-shoot. 

       D. Pick Up Shooting duration will be determined by Photographer.

 

VI. Coaching and Lessons.

 

       A. Sessions may be in-person or video chat depending upon Owner's availability or his/client's location.

       B. By purchasing, coaching clients attest that they are in good physical and mental health.

       C. All coaching pricing is currently 50% off and is pre-certification pricing.

       D. Owner is has both formal and practical training as a life coach though not currently certified, which at the time of this authoring and our understanding is not required by law in the state in which he practices.

       E. By purchasing coaching, you agree to any and all terms of the pre-coaching agreements.

       F. By purchasing coaching, you commit to challenging yourself, pushing yourself past your comfort zone, honoring yourself, honoring your coaching agreement, being punctual and open with your coach, and being open to reframing your beliefs in order for growth and new perspectives to occur.

VII. Photo Usage.

 

       A. Photographer reserves the right to use your the work from your shoots, including your images and likeness in original and/or unretouched, retouched, or edited images, for any purpose, including but not limited to his digital, online, and print portfolios and promotions.

       B. Photographer reserves the right to use his creative work, which may include your photographs in any form, for promotion of his services with Sean David Johnson Studios and any alternate service he is engaged in creating.

       C. If a client objects to the use of his/her photos for promotional purposes, he/she must pose this objection prior to booking.

       D. Photographer pledges to take into consideration the best interest of his clients with respect to which photos he chooses and publishes, including but not limited to sensitive photographs from boudoir shoots.

       E. Any client engaging in a boudoir shoot, or any shoot for that matter, is notified that the use or viewing of your photos, intentional or not, may result in undesirable and/or unintended effects.

       F. Clients engaging in boudoir shoots, or any shoot for that matter, are cautioned to be calculated and smart with their photos as to preserve elements of their lives such as employment, relationships, finances, and more.

 

 

VI. Sales.

 

       A. All Sales Are Final except by special decision.

       B. Special decision may, on occasion, be granted by Owner. Final decision rests with Owner and may not be appealed by any party.

       C. Improper use or application of coupon, discount, or promo codes may result in a cancelled transaction in which buyer will not receive anticipated purchase. In such case, any balance paid will remain as a deposit that can be applied to another product at the specific value paid.

       D. Clients with allergies to dogs are advised that by purchasing headshot shoots you will be shooting in a home studio where a dog resides. Every effort is made to keep dog out of office and shooting areas, however, there is no guarantee that you may come in contact with any fur or residue from the dog, which may cause allergic reactions. You argee to communicate if you feel in danger and accept responsibility for your own health. 

       E. Due to the modest size of Sean David Johnson Studios, clients purchase services in advance. For example, a client wishing for retouching services must pay for the services prior to completion. 

       F. All clients who purchase services with Sean David Johnson will be automatically subscribed to an e-mail list. Your e-mail address will not be knowingly sold or provided to any third party. You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

VI. Programs, Courses, Tele-Seminars, Webinars and Master Classes.

 

       A. Results may vary by person. 

       B. All Sales Are Final except where otherwise stated.

       C. Every effort has been made to accurately represent all services, programs, products, and their potential. The testimonials, photographs, and examples used are exceptional results and may or may not apply to the average buyer and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual's success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As with any career endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital, time, and/or otherwise and there is no guarantee that you will book work, acquire representation, or earn money or notoriety.

       D. We cannot guarantee you'll experience and financial, social, career, or other reward or result from your participation in a program. Some clients may experience exceptional results. Some may not.

       E. Due to Sean's participation in many creative endeavors and career activities, on occasion program dates may be subject to change. Every effort to notify registrants ahead of the change will be made.
